Zoé's last weekend

Hey folks,

time is literally flying and I can’t belive that my exchange is just about to end. Though, I still have some stories to tell you and some photos to show you.

So just this sunday (the 22nd of may) I went to Kanturk castle with Noreen, Lena & Zoé. It was a really nice day, sunny, but not too warm. First we met at Centra’s and had a nice chat over some ice cream. Until Noreen came we had a really nice discussion about our time in Ireland - typical for exchange students, yah I know. When Noreen came too we decided to go to Kanturk Castle. It was Zoé’s last weekend and she still had not visited the castle. So we made our way towards this little attraction, singing happily and enjoying the sunshine so much.

Once at the castle, we left our bags inside and went outside to make some photos. It was a lovely atmosphere - the nature with it’s intensive green colour. We posed, trying out some gymnastics and even climbing on a tree (well done Zoé, u did it)! It was so much fun and we laughed a lot. And as a result of all the daisies that were around we started making crones and putting them into our hair. Uuuh, so tumblr :D

After we had a real photo-marathon we went back inside the castle and we started playing soccer. The castle is not really big so it was a pretty small field but we were only 4 persons anyway. At some point it started to drizzle a bit, but it was still such great craic. And even some tourists surprised us, pointing out that this was the coolest place ever to play soccer - true :)

So after we felt sporty enough we went back to taking some pictures before we had to leave this beautiful little spot. On our way back we bought something to eat in Lidl and walked back to Centra’s, endlessly chatting.

It was a really marvellous day and I can’t believe that it was Zoé’s last weekend.

Airi, Marie & Zoé are leaving this weekend & I’ll miss them all so much.

Is this really coming to an end already?
